How long will my delivery take?

In most cases, your order will be dispatched the next working day. Metro Melbourne deliveries may be sent via direct courier. Other couriers will be sent via Startrack, Toll or TNT depending on the best operator in your area. A consignment number will be available for tracking purposes. Delivery to major capital cities is normally 2-3 working days. For more remote areas it may take 7-14 days.

Do you deliver to my area?

The majority of items can be delivered to most areas within Australia. We will only accept and deliver orders Australia wide.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately our couriers will not deliver to PO boxes. At Checkout you will be asked for a street address.

How will I know my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, this will contain the carrier and tracking information.

I have made an error in my shipping address.

Can this be changed?

As soon as you notice this error, please contact us. We are able to change your delivery address if your order has not been dispatched.

Can I return a delivered product?

If you have received a damaged/faulty product, please take a photo and email it to us so we can advise the next steps to replace or refund your product. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You’re also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • The product does not match its sample or description.

Requests for return or refund should be made in writing together with your order reference, your contact details and photo evidence.

What if I have changed my mind?

Unfortunately we cannot offer a change of mind refund or exchange on the following items:

  • Custom-made products
  • Any product/s specifically cut to size at your request

These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.
